長時間「WFH」（work from home）後，我來說說我的觀察。身為矽谷的軟體工程師，能夠偶爾在家工作，這是我們原本就有的福利。由於有許多工作本質上就可以是遠端進行的，又因為某些小公司沒有辦公室、或是大公司跨區域地徵才，大家都有可能 work from home。
