Julien Oeuillet

Julien Oeuillet is an English-language international reporter based in Kaohsiung. He writes for the Taipei Times and produces programs for Radio Taiwan International and TaiwanPlus. He also contributes on Taiwan to FirstPost in India and The Interpreter in Australia. Previously, he was a long-time collaborator with SBS in Australia and RTBF in Belgium, and worked as a war reporter in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He has published books and given lectures in Taiwan, Lithuania, and Belgium.
