為了提供年輕世代及早跨過這道門檻，靜宜大學除了透過遍及北美、歐、亞等各洲的 360 所姊妹校，進行各項國際交流，同時也是全臺唯一加入 ISEP（International Student Exchange Program）國際學生交換計畫的大學，讓學生只需繳靜宜學費和膳宿費，就可以到歐美等約 300 所會員學校留學，另亦可以免付姊妹校學費方式出國交換，自 100 學年度起，累積 3,000 人次至海外研修

從被針對的國際學生，談美國「轉移焦點、模糊責任」的政治作風

本（7）月 6 日，美國學生及交換訪客計畫（The Student and Exchange Visitor Program，SEVP）終於提出今年秋季學期的開學方針。公告中表示若學校採取全校線上課程，凡是持國際學生簽證（F、M）的學生皆不得入境美國，目前已在美國的學生也必須離境。同時，國際學生在採取全部面授的學校，則不得選修多於一門線上課程；若是混合式授課，國際學生則至少得選修 1 門面授課程。

該命令暫停國土安全部於週四撤銷哈佛大學「學生與交流訪客計畫」的認證（Student and Exchange Visitor Program，SEVP）的決定──這是一個管理外國學生的政府資料庫，取消 SEVP 認證資格等於變相禁制哈佛下學年招收國際學生，現有外籍留學生也須轉校以維持合法留美身分。下一次聽證會將於 5 月 29 日在波士頓舉行。
